we cut a song from our upcoming album for a variety of reasons. there are several bummers here.
the good news, though, is that you don’t have to wait until the album comes out to hear the song! so if you’re not already a fan on facebook, head over to our facebook fan page, become a fan, and check out our latest release!
update: facebook’s music player is broken! in the meantime, head over to the nemesis’ song a week page to hear sad song (redux).
from mike patton to danger mouse to eric clapton, there’s a long tradition of rotating nomme de plumes in rock ‘n’ roll. seems many artists can’t put out a new release apart from a new identity…and very few take the time to collect their works in a single location!
well, check out the new tkc store category to get a taste of every tkc related work that’s out there and edible. hopefully dr. stryker will print some shirts to add to it real soon…hopefully.
years ago, the nemesis and tkc super fan bren started a project to reveal the darker side of certain songs from sesame street and other henson works. they’ve now recorded their interpretations of four songs, which are available at the bad felt myspace page.
the nemesis has committed to creating and releasing a song a week over at his site, thenemesis.net this year.
with progress steadily being made on the new album, eventually these songs will include some tow knee chavez works, but for now check out what he’s done so far and subscribe for more gems throughout the year!

for halloween, tow knee chavez dressed up as yfb and hitmaker algorithm. our newest ep is available now!
you can read all about yfb in our three part comic the ballad of yfb. there are over 100 pages in the full story, plus you can get some hitmaker algorithm back story in the supplemental comic obsolescence.
all this art is in preparation for our new album, which will (hopefully) be out sometime in 2010. you can see some making of the new album clips in the video section of our site.
